The Work Package Publish Engine requires Microsoft Report Viewer 2010 SP1.

The Microsoft Report Viewer 2010 SP1 is required before installing the Work Package Publish Engine option. This application can be found in the Support\Redistributables\MicrosoftReportViewer folder of the product distribution. Before registering the Work Package Publish Engine, determine whether this report viewer is already installed on your system or if you need to install it via the provided redistributable (self-extracting ReportViewer.exe redistributable).
